Designing bioinformatics algorithms to deconvolute low-frequency somatic variants in NGS data. Use of synthetic data generation and mathematical modeling to simulate biological systems and study their behavior. -

Software development for master thesis with the Gravitational Waves Group, AUTh led by Nikolaos Stergioulas.
